Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults, one tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Ingredients: One tablet provides: Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, Cellulose Gum, * Manganese ( as bisgylcinate) 8mg, Anti-caking agent:vegetable magnesium stearate.
