Ingredients(per tablet) : Green Lipped Mussel Extract 500mg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Carbomethyl Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid( veg origin). Coating : Hydroxymethylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate ( veg origin).

Contains no wheat, starch, yeast, sugar, colour, flavour, preservatives, milk derivatives or gluten.

Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults, take one tablet daily with food. For an initial course, take up to two tablets a day. Higher doses may be taken for 90 consecutive days.

Caution: Optima mussletone is a shellfish extract and as such should not be taken by anyone who may be allergic to seafood, or during pregnancy or lactation.
