Crab Apple 1x 10ml, Cherry Plum 1x10ml, Chestnut Bud 1x10ml.

3 Flower Essences to giv a helping had with diet, detox and healthy living regimes.

Ingredients:

Crab Apple, Glycerine, water and flower essence Malus pumila,

Cherry Plum, Glycerine , water and flower essence Prunus cerasifera,

Chestnut Bud, Glycerine, water and flower essence Aesculus hippocastanum

How to use:

Single essence use: 2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add to 30ml mixing bottle containing spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) to a mixing bottle and use as above.
